UPDATE: The character sheets on this page are an older version. For the most recent auto-calculate Character Sheets click HERE.

My 5th edition Dungeons and Dragons auto-fill Character sheet has become very popular. Thanks to input from you, I have made some minor changes and added a major feature that will be of value to those of you with Rogues, Clerics and “Jacks of All Trades”.

  • Added a space on the top of Page 1 for your character’s age.
  • Added a line in each Weapon box that can be used for additional information. For example, you may want to indicate if it is a Light weapon, or list other weapon properties, or a description, or a name.
  • Corrected a spelling error (changed “atack” bonus to “attack” bonus).
  • There are some class features with double proficiency bonus on some skills, for example, the Knowledge Domain Cleric and Rogue’s Expertise. The sheet can now calculate those.
  • “Jack of All Trades” adds half your proficiency bonus, rounded down, to ability checks you are not proficient in. The sheet can now calculate those.

If it isn’t obvious how to use these features, I updated my Character Sheet Instructions: Here

Enjoy!

Hey. I love your character sheets for D&D 5E. My only grudge against your rev4d is that the top weapon slot auto selects STRENGTH as it’s Ability Modifier for attack bonus and damage.

Thanks Andrew. Someone else already pointed that out. I’ll be sure to fix it the next time I get around to working on this but it may be a while.

Also, the Proficiency Tools text box is a bit too high. The words overlap with Tools.
Not to mention, the amount of coin you have is crooked. There isn’t enough room to fill in each one. Thanks again.
If you send me the latest copy with edit options, I will do it myself for my own D&D group.

Thanks. If you see anything else please let me know.
You can edit the downloaded one, but it requires Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. That is what I use. There may be a free editor that could also be used, but don’t know of any that I could recommend. If you manage to fix it, send me a copy and I will post it here.

Page 1 as a whole was made an image and is non-editable. I’m using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. Guess I will be waiting until you get around to it. lol. Thanks again.

I forgot to mention, I created the background in Photoshop and inserted it as an image. As soon as my workload lets up (I do have a “real” job) I will see if I can fix these things. In the meantime don’t let this distract you from enjoying the game.
If all else fails, fill out what works and do the rest the old fashion way – with a pencil.

Thanks again for all your hard work. Creating a new character right now and it’s going on the improved sheet.

Best Character sheet ever……..super easy to use I have my two current characters using it ones a Barbarian the other a Cleric and had no problem making it work with a high AC spell caster and a pure tank. If running a pure spell caster you may want to run with spell cards on top of the sheet.

    Thank Ronny it’s a keeper
