I just discovered this great resource from the Digital Dungenmaster. He has made available Pre-made Character Sheets for levels 1-20, every class and every archetype.

So they’re just pregenerated characters with generic point-buy stats? No thank you.

  I know the are not for everybody, but sometimes you might need something quick.
  If you would prefer form fillable Character sheets that you can modify to your needs you might like the ones I provided in my blog page here:
  https://olddungeonmaster.com/2020/06/03/dd-5e-quick-play-character-sheets-rev-8/
  They are only first level and for the ability scores I used the standard array [15, 14, 13, 12, 10, and 8], but like I said, you can edit the sheets however you want.
