Hi, Ronny. I’ve been introducing my 2 oldest kids to D&D and we’ve been struggling a little with 5E even though the rules are so much simpler than the 3.5 I grew up on in the 80’s and 90’s. Your site has given us some much-needed assistance and I’m excitedly preparing a big campaign that I know they’re going to enjoy with the use of your tools. Thanks so much for what you do!

You just made my day. The entire reason I have this blog is to share what I have. Please let me know if you have any questions of ideas to share. Good luck and may all of your ability checks be natural 20s.

      Hi
I am glad you are enjoying my files.
Some people have had problems editing the files using on-line editors. Try first downloading the file onto your computer’s hard drive and then edit it using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Other editors should also work. I personally prefer “PDF-XChange Viewer”.
If this doesn’t solve your problem, please let me know.

What happens to text that scrolls below the window, when you are filling the sheet out on the computer? I am updating my character sheet for the game I am in, and some of the text for items is a big long. Just trying to avoid wasting ink.

I admit that that can be a problem on some of the forms. As to what happens to the text, it is still there but it can’t be seen unless you select the text and scroll down. It doesn’t print. What I do is re-phrase the information, abbreviating it in such a way that it becomes short enough to fit in the box. If that doesn’t shorten it enough, I ether put the rest of the information in another text box, or shorten it to include the most important information and include a reference to the book and page number.

Many thanks for both your informative website and your very useful downloads. I last played DnD when 2e was new! Finally got back into it at ripe old age of 58 years!

    Good Sir,
Thanx so much for all you have done. May I ask of an updated class sheet for like the Grave Domain for Cleric, or Drunken Master for monk?

Thank you for your comment. You are not the first to ask for subclasses in “Xanathar’s Guide to Everything”. I agree that I need to add all of them. I have been very busy lately, but I definitely have this on my to-do list.
Stay tuned. I expect to get to work on them sometime in the next few weeks.

Thanks so much for the nautical and skyship rules! It saves me a lot of trouble trying to figure that out from scratch. I’ve been DM’ing for my family and they recently came into possession of a Galleon. Any chance you ever put together stats for something at the bigger end of the ship size scale that you have in your nautical rules?

I’ll begin by giving kudos to you for your endeavors. Though not your age, I began DMing back when four of my friends and I met Gary Gygax in a hobby book shop. This was in the mid 70’s. He copied hand written rules and handed them to us to try out for him. We all became friends, attending games in his home. As I said, I commend your efforts. Keep on keeping on!
